40 years have passed by, and this man is still writing Rock history: on January, 10th and 12th, DEEP PURPLE legend Jon Lord will offer a very special event to the audience in Swiss cities Zurich and Luzern. Together with the symphonic orchestra Nota Bene, an international band and GOTTHARD ´s Steve Lee as a special guest, Lord will present a mixture of Rock and Classic music.
He thereby wants to focus on his “Concerto for Group and Orchestra”, his revolutionary work from 1969, accompagnied by several tracks from his solo albums. Rock will meet Classics!
Jon has, during the years, always been famous for his revolutionary projects. Next to special guest Steve Lee you will be able to enjoy Guy Pratt (THE SMITHS, ROBERT PALMER) on bass as well as a 100-piece symphonic orchestra, Nota Bene, which is one of the most popular ones in Switzerland.
